It may be a ridiculous question to ask. But it is also practical as everyone has to die. Everyone will sometime in their lives see some people pass away. What do you think is the WORST of dying? And why? The most horrible of dying would be of burning by fire to death. It would be in so much pain.
I think the worst would be: 1) Pulling out your teeth one by one 2) Peel off your finger nails and toe nails 3) Peel off your skin 4) Add salt on your skin 5) Add boiling oil on your skin 6) Have rat food placed inside your wound 7) Pour rats all over your body and wait for them to devour your whole body slowly Now that's pain! It's really more like torture.
Time to go into the darkest bit of my mind and dig out some horrible stories. Spoiler: Highly graphical text, read at your own risk, Click to show! xD Imagine yourself getting tied and whipped by a crazed psychopaths and after every 2 whips, they would sprinkle lemon juices on the wound, while that is happening, another start cutting parts of your bodies bit by bit (approximately 3cm, 1.18110236 inches), with a blunt cutter (for the fingers and toes) and a blunt axe (for the limbs). The person doesn't cut the bit off in one go, he does it slowly and take 5 or 6 times before the part comes off. While you're slowly getting killed, you're forced to your loved one, humiliated, raped and tortured at the same way, but at a faster pace and eventually kills him/her. Making you feeling useless that you can not protect the ones you love. Now thats a true worst and sad way to die off

well people already mentioned the worst, i'll have to add one more, getting eaten alive while conscious, piece by piece lol. that's gotta be one HELL of a way to go. but the saddest would be if you get buried alive 6 feet deep in a coffin.
worst way to die for me.... is get my veins stashed one by one...so my blood slowly flows out... then breakin all my bones and just hanging me on a wall of nails.... then one by one my limbs get chopped off........... Saddest way to die is i dont know yet...
The worst way I ever saw anyone die was having his mother cry over his dead body after a cardiac arrest. He had been a long term IV drug abuser, that eventually wound up with hepatitis, HIV, liver, kidney, and heart failure. I can still recall her saying to his dead body; "Oh my god son, look at what you done to yourself... " I can only imagine the pain that the woman endured after a lifetime of raising him, seeing him go bad and be powerless to stop it, and ultimately seeing her child die a horrible death. I once had a fireman tell me that with victims of fires in burning buildings, they usually succumb to the lack of oxygen and or noxious fumes long before the flames ever touch them. i think the saddest way or loneliest way is to just die...either naturally or get murdered...then left in ur house just waiting and watching...unable to move....just slowly rotting away...and no one notices until the smell of your pungent sickly corpse becomes too strong to bear and then the rest is a void...
lol i heard that people used to eat people in the times of war back in the days, they captured the oppenents, wounded and dead people and put it in a massive pot and ate it, lol but that was Desparation
Hmm... worst way of dying I'm thinking, in the most disturbing ways: Having to watch someone slowly cut open your stomach, take rip out your intestines stuff them in your mouth and choke you with the rest. That or have a tractor with a bunch of sheers ride over you, and feeling the blades slice open your flesh, and feel the crushing of your bones until it engulfs your entire body. I saw this in a Korean film, take a bunch of razor blades, break them into pieces and pour them into a person's mouth. Then proceed to pour boiling hot water into their mouth until they've swallowed every last blade.

iah sick minds ;p !!! I think the most painful death is being tortured physically AND mentally like all your loved ones being tortured in front of your eyes, and the reason for this torturing is all your fault. Thats the worst ;[!!
lol the worst is being driven to Insane Hunger, and then finding out that the food they feed you was made out of your family, lol this thread is showing what monsters we really are right?
