man .. how many more of the butterfly lovers are we going to see .. so many versions .. sigh .. honestly, none has really left me felt WOW .. so sad but so beautiful .. when a good story keep being re-told over and over again with new changes all the time, even the best become dull and meaningless.
I love Hu Ge and couldn't resisted watching this movie. However, I am so disappointed! Other than pretty faces, nothing else. The actings are not impressive. NOt b/c of Hu Ge but the main leads especially Charlene. Everytime, I watched her movies, I can only see her acting the same, just herself. No improvement. The plot is nothing great as well. And what a waste of having Hu Ge in here. He so deserves to have more screen time!
agree. Normally (some years ago) I'll watch it but now I fell like I have seen the story (girl dressed like a guy, falling in love with some poor nobody (who almost always are og become a master in swordsmanship), an envious old (evil) childhood friend, and at the end a totally sweet ending, to many times to even bother see another movie with this

This film is kind of like the Romeo and Juliet. I really loved Charlene in this film, she was cute and funny but childish at times Wu Zun played fine, he was pretty cool Spoiler But its too bad they couldn't be together but had to die

I only watched this because Wu Chun is damn gorgeous LOL! Didn't really care for Ah Sa.. and the movie didn't turn out that well.
This movie sucks. compare to Charlie Yeung, which is a much better film. The twins looks like a child.
I have to agree with you. The movie is quiet a let down. I expect more from this movie. The movie seemed rushed expecially towards the end.
