Tavia Yeung Yi and Kenneth Ma Kwok Ming appeared at the praying ceremony for TVB series, Return to the Three Kingdoms <回到三國>yesterday. Tavia felt that it was a pity that Raymond was betrayed in love and encouraged Mavis Pan Shuangshuang not to continue to pressure him. Noting that true love warrants mutual respect, Tavia said, “Ethical people will do ethical things. I am incapable of acting this way. I hope she [Mavis Pan] does not hurt Raymond. You can hold on to him if you have the capability. In love, you should not publicly criticize him. You should settle the matter between yourselves.” After realizing that Mavis Pan intended to release a pictorial, Kenneth Ma thought that Mavis may be seeking publicity with the recent turn in events. It's nice to have friends sticking up for you but when it comes to relationship, I feel it's best that they keep their comments to themselves unless they know the real story behind it which I am sure neither Tavia or Kenneth does. Just saying things blindly appeared stupid to me even if you were standing by your friend's character. For a celeb, her comments might come back and haunt too .. always speak cautiously when talking about things that aren't related to self.
Regardless of whether Tavia knows the whole story, she is commenting on what she knows. Whether it's the truth or not, speaking your mind on what you think is right should not be held against her. Life would be boring if people spoke cautiously about anything that was not personal...
^ Yes.. for the series only. && after all these shit thats happening.. shes only using Raymond for fame.
Well .. acting without thinking first can backfire and end up hurting yourself and/or your friend. There's nothing boring about being cautious in life; if so, I am sure everyone would rather be boring than stupid, don't you think?
Not really. I agree acting without thinking first can backfire, but in the end I'd rather be sticking up for my friend and take the consequences for my actions than not say anything and feel bad for not sticking up for my friend. It's a principle thing.
Sticking up for your friends can be done in a lot of ways without the potential of hurting yourself and/or others. Principle or not, you always gotta know how to protect yourself first before you have the ability to protect others.
can't wait to see this series, but why some of the actors are changed, i like Roy Ng more than Raymond Lam. TVB sucks.
