Momentary Lapse of Reason <收規華> star Tavia Yeung (楊怡) recently made a public appearance at Maritime Square in Tsing Yi for an event. As TVB has officially entered its anniversary celebration month, Tavia expressed that she is looking forward to the upcoming TVB Anniversary Awards. Tavia announced her support for her drama Momentary Lapse of Reason, which also stars Louis Cheung (張繼聰), to win Best Drama. As for her vote for TV King and TV Queen, Tavia laughed and said, “I will definitely be voting for Nancy Wu (胡定欣) [for TV Queen], but I will tell my family to vote for me! As for TV King, I’m going to have to check out more dramas!” Earlier, Tavia and boyfriend Him Law (羅仲謙) were spotted doing some shopping at a night market in Taipei, Taiwan. Tavia said she knew they were being followed at the time and does not mind being photographed. She said, “Him has been filming a movie in Taiwan, so I decided to go visit him with a friend. We were there for about six days. Him had to work so I was mainly with my friend.” Asking if Him was happy and surprised that she went to visit him, Tavia smiled and said, “I think anyone would be happy when a friend from far away visits you. I’d be happy too. Unfortunately, Taiwan was in a [tropical] storm when we were there, so we didn’t get to do much. It wasn’t a surprise. [Him] already knew that we’d be visiting him.” Him admitted in earlier interviews that he has been saving money for marriage, leading to rumors that the couple will soon be tying the knot. Upon hearing this, Tavia joked, “Yes. Good news is around the corner. Christmas is coming soon! If I can win an award at the [TVB] anniversary that is also good news!” Will Tavia profess her love to Him if she wins an award? Tavia said, “Let’s see what fate decides.
