Tavia Yeung and Christine Ng Enjoy Touching Games

Cast members of TVB series The Building Blocks of Life <建築有情天> took to the busy streets of Tsimshatsui today to promote the series. Tavia Yeung (楊怡) Christine Ng (伍詠薇), Natalie Tong (唐詩詠), Anne Heung (向海嵐) and Lai Lok Yi (黎諾懿) joined members of the public playing games and handed out goodies.

In one of the games, Tavia and Christine were blindfolded and had to seek out items hidden on the body of their co-stars, resulting in some rather close contact in sensitive areas. Asked if she was worried about embarrassing situations, Tavia laughed that it was fine because they were all women and she often played contact games with Christine, who quite enjoyed being touched. She said that even if they spark lesbian rumours, then it is all still fine.

There have been reports that Tavia has suffered financial problems since splitting with her boyfriend and this had led to the closure of her fancy goods shop in Tseung Kwan O. She admitted that the shop will be closing down at the end of the month, but it was nothing to do with her boyfriend because it was a joint venture with her sister and business was good. The reason they are closing it is that the rent for the shop has gone up and is no longer worthwhile.

Natalie laughed that Tavia's actions were so fast that she did not notice where she had touched, but she joked that Tavia seemed to be relishing the experience. Christine stood up for her friend, saying that many young girls like to touch each other and she often plays in this way with Myolie Wu (胡杏兒) and Sharon Chan (陳敏之). Male leading star Alex Fong (方中信) was absent from the event because he was working in the mainland and Christine said that she and Tavia want to take him for dinner because he was very willing to give them advice during filming and he is a good man.

Anne is a good friend of Ada Choi (蔡少芬) and said that she has sent a message to congratulate Ada on the news of her forthcoming marriage. Asked if she would copy Ada's method of handling the press, she said that it was not a bad way, but her own lovelife is empty at the moment. As for whether she needed her man to be like Ada's, she said that he just had to love her and her family.
