yes and yes People, including myself, are so lazy these days when it comes to eating and being active. It seems like people want to be able to eat in 10 minutes and they want the perfect workout in 10 minutes and they are willing to drive an hour to work
You have not seen nevada, or texas. Ever since that movie my parents think I've gone wacko to stop liking so much of McDonalds. It sick to know that they don't even cook the chicken nuggets, uke: . Its really sick 4 ppl who want to become health freaks in an hour watch the video, but if you don't want to see puke I suggest you don't.
I reckon eating too much and/or obesity is becoming a huge problem. Personally I'm quite lean (fast metabolism) but I often get bored and have a urge to eat! Brainwashed by the multinational's arrrrr!
when i have vacation i will eat more then i have school, because when i have vacation i've a lot of time and get bored..
i never eat healthy..i'm a melted cheese in the microwave kinda guy....i'm the mac n cheese ketchup guy..yet...at my last checkup..i'm completely healthy....i guess i even it all by working out..haaa
lol, i used microwave all the time it is like - no microwave=no food i dont like to get healthy food like fruit and veg. =P good tasting food=not healthy food ='[
Yes, Yes. I am a health freak, so I try to eat as superhealthy as possible. Poor eating is a growing problem, isn't it like 30%+ of population in North America is overweight/obese? That's why it grosses me out when I see people eat. People have this impression, "Oh, going to mCdonald's once or twice a week won't hurt.'' But it does. If everyone just plan time wisely, they can easily squeeze in 5 minutes to make a healthy lunch/ meal...
I personally can eat all I want and still wont get fat... however not abt the nutrution part... My stomach can burn of like 90% of the calories just by sitting there and not doing anything at all
I watched that movie. It was a great documentary film. It gives me the chills and I think twice before entering McDonalds.
i try to eat healthily but doing so takes too much time and money. i mean, wash and cook vs popping something in the microwave? plus, unhealthy food is wayyy cheaper. because lots of people want to cut costs...obesity is a big problem.
