I was just curious... i was wondering how you guys can bench (max) i weight about 155lb and im 16 and i can bench 170lb how about you guys?
lol I dunno how much I can bench press, never tried to record my max. I just do weights to tone myself up and get stronger, but not to become super muscular...
only one rep? but that's pretty useless..if you're gonna go max at least do 4-6 reps..1 is just like..up then...crash!..lol..my max at 6 reps is 250lbs
hmm.. i say i top out benching at approximately 50 lbs. I have no idea why, I can do 75 on each arm separately, just lifting , not benching. Theres something about my benching that screws my power system up
