Singing sensation, 32-year-old Stephanie Sun, and boyfriend, Nadim Van Der Ros, have been dating for five years. It was revealed that Stephanie and Nadim got married in Singapore on March 31st. Nadim caused a stir when he appeared at Stephanie’s Hong Kong concert in February. A Netherlands native, 34-year-old Nadim was of Asian descent and was adopted by a Dutch family. He worked as a high-level executive in brand marketing. In his spare time, he loved to water ski and play outdoor sports. Stephanie and Nadim allegedly started dating in 2006. The pair was photographed by the Hong Kong media on a movie date. Due to Nadim’s unshaven look at the time, the media nicknames him as “bearded hunk.” Japanese Earthquake Prompted Marriage Although the news came suddenly, Stephanie’s marriage intentions surfaced earlier. At a new album conference in Taiwan earlier, Stephanie noted that the earthquake in Japan changed her values significantly. She lamented that life had many unexpected occurrences. When reporters suggested that she get married earlier, the normally low-profile star readily agreed with the suggestion. Stephanie smiled and said, “When I have time, I will tie the knot!” Earlier, Stephanie predicted that she will get married before her good friend, Jolin Tsai.
