So what kind of training have you gone through to prepare for a sports event? What kind of training was it.. mental?, physical.... Finalli are you still training?
both. have to concentrate mentally to make sure i can focus and physically to make sure i'm in the best shape
haha all these old threads coming back up. mental training definitely helps with physical training. used to do lots of training for martial arts and dance/gymnastics took a little bit of a break when i turned 18 then just worked out to stay fit and now i'm currently going back to sparring/tricking again
