sports training

    So what kind of training have you gone through to prepare for a sports event?
    What kind of training was it.. mental?, physical....

    Finalli are you still training?

    both. have to concentrate mentally to make sure i can focus and physically to make sure i'm in the best shape

    i dont' train..i just do what i do..thats y im out of shape when i ball

    haha all these old threads coming back up. mental training definitely helps with physical training. used to do lots of training for martial arts and dance/gymnastics took a little bit of a break when i turned 18 then just worked out to stay fit and now i'm currently going back to sparring/tricking again
