[SONG] does anybody knows this song

I am not sure who sings it and what the song name is but i saw a video of him in concert (looks like Jordan Chan) with a shiny red suit on.....i just remember the he sings "chorus chorus" and "repeat repeat" please let me know if you have a idea what i'm talking about THANKS!!!

it's a slow song in cantonese....i think its ___ 曲 or ____演唱會 not really sure but the theme of the song is kinda about singing wwith fans...
