We have no idea what the above protest or gathering was for, but we do know all the girls in attendance felt obligated to appear at half-mast. A moment of silence please… Note: This just a typical check by the teacher there to make sure that u wear underwear when u go to school so u don’t get harass when u wear short skirt!
lol.. its so obvious when girls are being little ho-bags and folding up their skirts way short. lol.. whether or not they wear underwear can't they still get harassed?

Yeah .. why the hell would they want students to wear such short skirts to the school in the first place. Vietnamese student uniform for both girls and boys are so much better, protective, and pretty.
i looked at that picture and all i could think was 'cute uniforms' didn't even notice the underwear thing until i read the other posts ...
that's hot... i mean... bad... bad teachers... i'll be damned sure they show a little more respect to their students when i go to japan
