Lately, I've been getting blisters from a pair of nike cleats in my heel....anybody know what the reason might be? would it be the shoe material at the back? or the shinguard?
Any recommendations on what i should be checking on next time i buy i new pair?

What kind of cleats do you have? I had the same problem with some cleats like that a while ago and just gave up on them, the reason i think was that they were too small. Definetly look for a pair of cleats that are leather and if possible kangaroo leather although they are a bit pricey. they offer a better touch and should stretch as you wear in to them.
