What brands would you get for that combined look. I think its kind of a hk fob look. Well this is for a girl haha. Thanks!
baggy jeans, sort of slouch if not then boyfriend jeans, fold up the bottom to give it a preppier look. for a top, you can go with a netted quater length sleeve or long sleeve and maybe a waist coat if not a fitting sleeveless hoody or jumper. shoes, you can go for converse/plimsole style but not too much funky patterns or it would look too punky skater. If your clothes looks more puncky than preppy, then the hair must be preppy, maybe straightened so it looks sleek and use a small hair grip to hold up one side. If not then a pony tail maybe. these are all trying to visualise in my head so its difficult at 5 in the morning lol
can't say too much because i'm a guy, but i've been skating for over 10 years and like to dress preppy so i may be of some help. you might want to consider vans. they've been making skate shoes for a long time and have kept a lot of their nerdy look (side note, vans are comfortable, but won't last long if you plan on skating with them). visit the van website's girl section for their clothes and shoe products at http://www.vans.com/girls/product/authentic/index.html you can also check out ccs, a respectable online skate shop that's been selling products online for over 10 years, at store.ccs.com (they have a girl section). also, if you're interested in skating, it's a great hobby. loads of fun, exercise, traveling, and meeting great people. one last thing. sweaters. i love sweaters. they'll rip if you fall while skating in em, but they definitely have that nerdy look.
cant say much, but try some emerica shoes, or some vans to it all off and i agree with fearless, volcom is great
