(I don't have measurements) Light Soya Sauce Brown Sugar Honey Water Chili Bean Paste Seasame Oil Green Onions Garlic Get a very large bowl, pour soy sauce (rule of thumb, for every 1 cup of soy sauce, you'll need to pour 2-3 cups of water) brown sugar and honey (if u like it sweeter, add more sugar & honey) pour HOT water to dissolve the sugar. add 1-2 tablespoon of chili bean paste (more if u want more kick) 1 TEAspoon of sesame oil. chopped green onions (big pieces, so it can easily be removed prior to cooking) and some mince garlic.
