I remember seeing an article about seaweed contains all these beneficial chemical that will make u slim and fit, anyone else heard of the same or have the relevent information?
well i have heard of it but i don't know whether they work or not really, i would presume they will work like spas and will have to use long term, not too sure whether they are healthy to eat all the time :S the amount of natural salt inside can be quite a lot and too much of it isnt good for our body
There are always claims that there is a magical food that will make you slim.If you ate nothing but seaweed, then yes it will make you slim. But if you eat it as an addition to your existing diet, NO!
seaweed contains a lot of salt and salt holds the water weight in your body. so no dont eat seaweed as a diet meal, maybe for a diet low fat snack in the day
mmmh...i like seaweed, but i dun think that u shld only eat seaeed though...maybe it's good to include it in your meals, but not only eating seaweeds i think
