Popular TVB actors Kenneth Ma (馬國明) and Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) went to Chongqing, China to attend a fashion event and fan meeting, attracting hundreds of fans. The two diamond bachelors revealed that this was their very first time in Chongqing, and remarked that the weather in Chongqing was as hot as Hong Kong. They said Chongqing’s skyline really reminded them of their home city, adding that they “will definitely” return to Chongqing again for new filming projects. At the event, Kenneth and Ruco interacted with fans, played party games, and performed a few songs. In addition, Ruco also promoted his upcoming series, Captain of Destiny <張保仔>. The fantasy maritime series, which also stars Tony Hung (洪永城) and Maggie Shiu (邵美琪), is based on the legend of the Cantonese pirate, Cheung Po Tsai. Kenneth, on the other hand, promoted his period comedy Rouge Emperor <流氓皇帝>, which recently completed filming. Rouge Emperor is a remake of the 1981 TVB drama The Misadventure of Zoo <流氓皇帝>, which starred Adam Cheng (鄭少秋) and Louise Lee (李司棋). Known as TVB’s top diamond bachelor, Kenneth said he is more concerned about his career and is not in a rush to find a partner in his life.
