Ron Ng (吳卓羲) attended the promotional event for Black Heart White Soul <忠奸人> yesterday. The drama will premiere on July 14 – overtaking The Ultimate Addiction‘s <點金勝手> time slot. Collaborating with Krystal Tin (田蕊妮) and Louis Cheung (張繼聰) for the first time, Ron hopes to surprise the audience with the fresh onscreen chemistry. Self-proclaiming that the series will not be inferior to the hit Triumph in the Skies 2 <衝上雲霄II>, Ron expressed that his friends and family members rather enjoyed the promotional trailer for Black Heart White Soul. During filming for a promotional trailer, Ron even dunked himself with rice water and black ink to create that black and white effect. Unfortunately for Ron, the ink was hard to take off, creating a mess when he showered. Ron felt bad for the cleaning lady who ran after him with a mop. Roger Kwok (郭晉安), who will be playing a disabled lawyer in a wheelchair, also said he is confident in the ratings. He also took the opportunity to praise Ron and Krystal’s good teamwork and how they were able to get into their characters easily. Acting her part, Krystal appeared at the event in a rocker girl costume – ripped jeans, leather jacket, and long red hair. While she was posing and taking picture on her motorcycle, many commented that she resembled Kate Tsui (徐子珊). Astonished by the compliment, Krystal replied, “Really? I don't really have much hope for TVB drama much anymore. I like Roger Kwok.. but not soo much about Ron Hopefully this one will change my mind.
