why don't you try emule? it's easy to find stuff on there, just hard to get the files sometime cause of waiting in line. and also have you heard of boxtorrents.com? there's a new street fighter ova on it, street fighter alpha:generations. the animation wasn't as good as the street fighter alpha the movie though. hope this helps.
