I don't know but saw a lot of commercial on tv for a product call "mederma" which you can get over the counter.

    http://www.mederma.com/

    Hope that helps!

    Try Palmer's Cocoa Butter formula

It also helps smooth and blend unattractive marks such as scars (Y)
helps to tone an firm up the skin as well as moisturising it etc..

products with Aloe Vera (a type of plant) are very good for the skin! I read online that it helps stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, removes dead cells, and can lighten dark spots. studies say that aloe vera speeds the healing process in burns, poison ivy, and those from radiation. it is used by dermatologists to speed healing after facial dermabrasion, which removes scars from the skins top layers. plus, it's very natural!

    have you ever tried it?
i tried it before and it didn't work for me :/
maybe my scar was too old though.

anyways, it's important to protect your scar from UV light. so put sunblock or something with spf on your scar.
vitamin e is also known to be very good for scars.

The OP should really seek medical assistance. Scars are very individualized in terms of how they form and the types of tissue that they're composed of. Getting rid of them can sometimes be very difficult. Here's a good article on some of the reasons:

You should consult a dermatologist. Most of the products and home remedies on the market today really don't do much except drain your funds. -noclue

No offense, but natural does not necessarily mean good. I know that the US advertising industry has managed to snooker most people into believing that things are better if they're natural or organic, but there is no guarantee that those qualifiers means better product for you. If you really looked at it from the technical standpoint, cancer for example, is perfectly natural and organic, LOL...

Yeah I guess removing scars isn't easy as it sounds but derma isn't a gaurantee solution either. Not to mention expensive.

You should visit dermotologist for the scares He can provide you best treatment and will guide you in right way.
I advise you never take any cream or some thing else with out Doctor's prescription.

what about lasertreatments? or asking a doctor about it. Depends on how deep the scar is. then you can figure out the treatment for it.

It depends on how old you got the scar. I have a scar from when was a baby and it's still here. I had a scar when I was a teenanger and now it's gone. So I think you can put all the creams you want, but in years to come it will disappear any way.

True, over time your skin cells will grow over it. I've tried bio oil it works but takes a lot of time to see a difference.

its impossible to remove a scar with any product, you can only bleach the skin but in time the skin will return and the scar will be present. The long term solution is laser unfortunatly or you can get a tattoo to cover it up
