any one heard of "PROACTIV solutions?" They do lots of promotions with Jessica simpson saying it clears your pores and red marks in a week or so. then by continually using the creams, you prevent further breakouts not sure if it works, then there is also some cream from HK, H2O acne cream, does the same job, again duno if it works.... but many ppl seem to be impressed by the outcome. like in their advertising campaigns "outcomes may vary" and that for proactiv "60 day money back guarantee"
proactiv, like mentioned in the 100 other threads about acne, varies results from people to people. i just neutrogena, and it has released most of my redness in my skin, and i like it quite a bit, there's also other stuff other there. just give everything a try, any acne solution might help the redness but eventually it'll go away if u dont agitate it. (even if it may range from weeks to months)
