Monday August 4, 2008 Hong Kong TVB series Heart Of Greed II - Moonlight Resonance <溏心風暴之家好月圓> achieved some great ratings in its first week of airing and a celebration was held at a promotional event today. Cast members taking part included Lee Si Kei (李司棋), Susanna Kwan (關菊英), Michelle Yim (米雪), Ha Yu (夏雨), Lee Heung Kam (李香琴), Raymond Lam (林峯), Tavia Yeung (楊怡), Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) and Vincent Wan (溫家衡). A report in a tabloid magazine this week suggested that there has been some animosity between Raymond and Ha Yu, with rumours that Ha Yu has been questioning Raymond's eligibility for the Best Actor award this year. When he was asked about this, Ha Yu was full of praise for Raymond, saying he is young, talented and honest and pointed out that they had no problems between them. Asked why they seemed rather distant at the event, Ha Yu laughed that next time, they will give each other a hug, just for the cameras. Raymond refused to comment on the report. Asked about reviews from the viewers that there were great improvements from him, Tavia and Fala Chen (陳法拉) in the show, he replied modestly that he had plenty of opportunities to improve in this production and he has learned a lot. As for suggestions that this character stands a good chance of winning him a Best Actor award at the TVB anniversary this year, he replied that the character was very similar to his own personality. Si Kei and Susanna both said that they were still not satisifed with the ratings and wanted them to climb even higher. Si Kei smiled that when she heard the good results, she was so excited that she rolled around on the bed. She revealed that she is keenly tuning in every evening to watch the finished product and she is confident that this series will do better than the original. Susanna commented that everyone has done very well with their performances, but Fala's mute girl is particularly memorable. credits: batgwa.
