Raymond Lam (林峯) and Ella Koon (官恩娜) are almost finished filming TVB drama, Highs and Lows <雷霆掃毒>, formerly called Fight Crime. Raymond and Ella filmed a gunfight scene in the hot temperatures. The pair stripped down to their tank tops on set, where Raymond revealed his toned body! After uncovering that Ben Wong’s (黃智賢) character had blended drugs in a water bottle, Raymond and Ella aimed their guns at his water bottle, planning to make him appear. To create realistic outcomes, actual guns were utilized in this scene. Ella held tightly onto her gun, causing her hand to bleed. She joked that Raymond did not look after her, which in turn led to her bleeding. Raymond seemed to be more tanned and grew facial hair for his cop role in Highs and Lows. Bored with filming gentleman roles during the last three years, he happily accepted the change in portraying a straightforward character. “My character manages the Intelligence Unit inside police force, but he is nosy and frequently takes part in criminal arrests!” The hot climate did not stop Raymond and Ella’s good spirits while shooting in Sai Kung yesterday. Ella stated that she learned to always keep water by her side to prevent heat stroke. Raymond routinely wiped sweat off of his forehead throughout filming breaks, but managed to run quickly for the action scenes. Raymond's concert at The Venetian hotel in Macau is coming up on May 12th so he has been busily working out to appear in his best form. Raymond jokingly said, “I’m reluctant to train my upper body muscles too hard. My shirts have become very tight. I'm looking forward to this series, love Ella<3 But I hope the rumor of Kate ending up with Ray was NOT true in this series.
I think they meant she fired a real gun as well which if you hold it incorrectly can cause injuries when the gun goes off and the recoil hits the hand. Kevin go to a shooting range and practice... It's fun.
Not sure if there's any in the UK. Only rifle shooting too but need license for that, however I find it rather cruel to shoot/hunt animals. When I read the Original Post of yours I was like, really? haha.
Kevin, We don't shoot animals, only targets like junk cars, barrels, dummies etc. I do that a lot typing, forget the "not" a lot. Ray and Ella were couples in dramas awhile back...
Ella....hot....but yes misleading title Raymond looks like a 40 yr old in the picture....and "If I become too muscular, I’m afraid my shirts would burst!” .......all i can say is ...smh...
