Does anyone have a link or is able to provide a step by step guide on how to cut out around people from photos? Especially with girls hair..that's complicated. ><

Go to Filter – Extract. With the Edge Highlighter tool, trace around the edge of the person:

Background Eraser/Layer Mask:
