I know this is kinda old.. but has anyone watched this before? I thought it was okay... my favorite characters.. eiji and fuji^^
yay another fann! =) i "finished" watching it a while ago.. but i dont think i ever saw the ending for it anyone seen it? how was it?
^ending was ep 178, where echizen goes back to america to play us open... honestly, i dont like this ending... how can echizen defeat tezuka (japan nr1)?? that's so absurb, it's like echizen can defeat EVERYBODY!! it should slow down, and put more matches on echizen in japan... i thought echizen would stay at the club and go together to the nationals... NOT: so egoist!! dont like this decision of him... but i like the matches and the one-hour specials, they're very funny~
oh wow thankss =) i lovee the chibi episodes.. soo cutee and i think it's pathetic how they make it junior high.. tezuka does nott look like a grade nine -___-'
^they release a new episode called OVA Zenkoku Taikai Hen- Vol.1~ i havent watch it yet, but it is about the Nationals (Japan)
I love the anime. I saw the entire series a while back... fuji and eiji and even momo. they're all so charismatic in good ways and such a positive influence on echizen. Fuji never ceases to surprise me and Eiji and Momo always puts me in a good mood. The ending isn't so good though. After Rikkaidai it goes downhill
This is one of my all time favorite anime. My favorite character is fuji and tezuka. Yeah it did kind of went downhill after Rikkaidai.
