Ever since TVB actress Ada Choi became pregnant, her career has since taken a backseat and the actress was rarely seen out of the house. Earlier on, it was reported that Ada bought a HKD$7 mil (approximately S$1.11 mil) new home to welcome her daughter. The actress then spent another HKD$2 mil (approximately S$310,000) on the renovations. According to the report, the perfectionist was very anxious about the renovations in her new house. Even though her husband and actor Max Zhang was unable to accompany her, Ada would still take time to visit the new home with her friend. Decked in a flowery dress, flats and sunglasses, Ada appeared at her new home with her friend and chauffeur. The actress looked plumper than usual since she was about to give birth. However she remained agile and looked energetic despite not wearing any makeup. To protect her privacy, Ada left a warning outside her new house, appealing to everyone, including the employees from the property management office of the building, not to enter the place without the owner's consent.
