Predict your body fat percentage using your BMI

    If you already know your body fat percentage then was this formula accurate? It was quite accurate for me.

    For gender, enter 1 if you're male and 0 if you're female. If you're she-male like Harisu then 0.5..? -huh

    This one was 6% higher, I guess it doesn't take muscle mass into consideration. I'll try it on my sister.

    Can you really predict fat% this way? Whats the logic btw?

    that's a body mass caculator, has nothing to do with body fat, if u wana know ur body fat do a pinch test

    the first part gets the BMI the second part uses your BMI to calculate fat%

    Doesn't seem logical cos muscle mass to fat ratio varies, bone density differs.. so how can the fat % be calculated without accounting for them? But then again.. its just an estimate..

    ^agreed i have seen my friends that are about 200lbs and i typed it in and well its obese but then they all muscle.....so ...errr
