I'm not sure where this topic should go :p

    anyway, anyone here's own a keyboard ?

I am planning to get one myself. but i'm kinda confused which one to get.

I narrowed it down to Casio CTK-810 and Yamaha PSR-E313.

Which one do you think it's better ? any other type suggested is also fine.

    Cheers..

    I got a casio ctk-900. I highly recommend it :D
But if I would choose between Casio CTK-810 or a Yamaha PSR-E313. I would choose a Casio CTK-810 because it has better features.

how does one differentiate which is better? just wondering ...

  4. I think if you can't choose which features are more suitable.. then chances are.. you won't even use those features??

so get teh cheaper one.. -lol

they are both pretty gd, just get the cheaper one or whichever u prefer. anyway personally i think this thread would have been better suited in the lounge, but it does fall under the tech section i guess.

hey guys, just got the time to check the thread. the features really doesn't bother me. I would prefer the one with a better sound (i.e. close to acoustic piano).

thanks for the tips anyway. :)

  7. the thing with piano is that you have to play it to feel the difference.

like buying uprights, grands or digitals, you have to play the keyboards, feel if the keys are properly spaced to your liking, and check out its sound, how its different from one another.
