per-second billing

    does anyone know if there is a cell company that still offers per-second billing for prepaid plan in toronto? fido used to, but now they dont, and its killing my account.

    yeh... none do that anymore... from now on all calls 59 seconds or less.

    yea apparently they changed to per minute for a year now. so since i didnt notice imm just stick with prepaid. but will have to change in the near future.

    oh yeah..u told me that...and since uve been paying it for a year now and didn't notice..guess its cool for now....
