My pc recently restarts when i log in to MSN after 3-5 mins. Whats the problem?and what should i do? I've not been receiving files since Jan 2008. Pls advice. Should i re-install MSN? if still cant, wats the prob? THANX in advance......
Uninstall MSN, delete everything in association with msn (registry, folders etc), download latest MSN and try install it again.
ye agree with above, think its something to do with the msn having corrupt files or something. def reinstall and it should just work then.
Ok, i cant help with ure problem. What i can tell you is this: 1) Look for a forum who usually deals with computer problems like viruses, worms and stuff and sign up on there. 2)Download and install Hijack This. It's a program which creates a log of your computer. The reason is because usually people will look at your log and see what the problem is. 3) Submit your problem (and if you want a log of ure computer or if they ask you for one) and take it from then on.
