PC No Sound

When I open the real player and shut the application and reopen the 2nd time there is no sound. When i restart it still show the same problem. Please Help...

 

is ut speakers even plugged..did u mute the volume? do ur speakers work?

 

did you try restarting the comp?

 

i already plug in speaker. It works for the first time i load real payer then when i shut the application and reopen the real player it does not have sound... cry.. and my pc also cannot online liao like got bugs but when i scan with norton and adware no problem wo

is the file your trying to play ok, there might be something wrong with the file

and does it only happen to real? if it only real have you tried reinstalling it or updating it

but if sound problems happens to other apps it means that you may have problems with your sound playback devices (sound drivers or codecs; try reinstalling or updating) or hardware problems like your sound card

 

thas what I call Chinglish... -lol I rec. a reinstall aswel... as for online... hmm i dunno... if its bug... try a diff antivirus see if anythings wrong... don't just rely solely on norton..

 

u can always reformat =P

i forgot to mention, u can check your sound devices/drivers using dxdiag, to see if there is a problem with those and just not real player

u click on start, run and then type in dxdiag to start the tool

 

or if you dont want to reformat, system restore may work, if you had it enabled in the first place

 

or buy a new pc

 

buying a new pc or mac? this is too hardcore. i'll just recommend to get a new sound card. since it will cost less and cheaper
