My friend who's trying to lose weight is asking me about this product that he saw on the television. I normally dismissed all informacials as dishonest gimicks getting you to spend the dollar for junks .. alll those ab machines, shits like that .. I believe in regular exercise and no short cut or fast track program because such will take a toll on the body eventually down the road.

HOWEVER, when I read up on it. It sounds kinda ok. I think the muscle confusion concept is good start to develop various programs in one single packet. Whether it actually work, I really don't know. Kinda lazy to read more .. lol

Anyway, anyone here tried this program? Does it work?? I think everything comes down to dedication and diet; if you fail to do that, the result will be the same. I personally don't watch my diet as much but I do exercise regularly (except lately due to gay men)

It will definately work if you do the 90 days program...
However, it's very time consumping as well...
Some are short and long routine... and I'm talking about 1:30hr long for the long ones...

If you got the will power and the time... it's definately do-able and with great result

  3. all cardio programs will work as long as you stick with it and control your diet, main factor being controlling your diet as much as working out. I use P90X for the ab ripper x program simply because tony horton makes ab workouts motivating, if i didn't go to the gym or play sports i would probably be trying more of it out, as with any workout program *not gimmick devices* you will def see improvements within your first couple weeks as long as you are dedicated along with ur diet, p90x is not noob friendly but its good to start off with a challenge.

I wonder if anyone dub it online for download .. lol .. I'd like to see it for myself if it actually work or not .. I really like the fact that they only use simply at home exercise equipment and focus on a variety of exercise program through the week. The price tag is bit much for things like this.

You can BT them... along with Intensity, which is P90X on "steroids", they use weights in Intensity.

I seen the cardio videos and they look intense.

it works but once you stop working out, you can gain all the wait back because of bad dieting.

just remember to switch up your workout to maximum the effectiveness

i tried it. If you don't normally workout, you will have a hard time catching up on each exercise for the first couple days. 20 to 30 lb weight is more than enough, well, maybe for me.

I tried the AB exercise that Hadouken or someone gave me earlier and yeah .. it's not your typical workout session. So much that I just give up and do things my way .. lol

I think this type of workout works better in group, not individual. If you lack the motivation, even if you own the vids in your private home, it just sit on the shelves to collect dust .. no use. Taking real classes is more effective .. at least based from this experience for me.

  13. if you lack motivation then you need to motivate yourself.. goto a gym and use the ab machines which is easier to do.. If u find working out at home makes u just lazy after 10 mins then seriously sign up with a gym and do cardio workout with groups... going to the gym where you see other people working out just as hard you'll be %110 more productive then at home.

as for the p90x ab ripper, if they say do 25 situps and u can't then do only 5 if thats all u can do but keep with the program and you will adapt in time.

  14. i bought the matt fury program, that dude is hardcore with the exercises.

    Old post is old

but you need the right diet and nutrition to supplement the p90x exercises.

Losing weight is 80% nutrition/diet and 20% exercise.

    hi,

I tried the P90X program for about two months and did manage to lose alot of weight. I recently started using the Insanity program but this is much more difficult and you have to be very fit to keep up.

P90X is recommended and Insanity is for very fit people only.
