Tony Hung (洪永城) and Natalie Tong (唐詩詠) were spotted together in the Stanley district earlier this week. The Rear Mirror <載得有情人> co-stars were speculated to be secretly dating, turning their onscreen romance into a real-life relationship. Tony eagerly praised Natalie and admitted that they are in the midst of understanding each other more, with chances of further development. “Rear Mirror” Romance In TVB’s Rear Mirror <載得有情人>, which is currently airing. Tony’s character, Ivan, lacks self-esteem and has a social phobia. Natalie’s character, Kwan, is a pseudo model who works all kinds of odd jobs. Their lives slowly begin to change after having their one night stand. Natalie said, “We went to a party together and I cosplayed as his favorite cartoon character. Afterwards, we got intimate.” Natalie described her kissing scene with Tony as “wet” and said she felt quite embarrassed while filming the scene. “It takes time for me to warm up and Tony had to help me set the mood. I was so nervous and embarrassed!” While Natalie got all the attention on set, Tony had none of it. “I’m a talkative person in real life, but in this drama I portray someone who has a social phobia. It was hard for me to grasp the role at first. [The cast and staff] didn’t want me to get too wild before work, so they wouldn’t talk to me. They told me to sit alone and reflect. After finishing the drama, my friends noticed that I grew quieter.” Natalie Wants a Chef Boyfriend Speaking about their most memorable filming experience in Rear Mirror, Natalie said it was the scene where Tony sang and played the guitar for her at the beach. It was a very romantic scene, but Tony was not very satisfied with it, explaining that he is a terrible singer. “I don’t have much singing talent. I used a few weeks to practice that one song. I tried to put in as many emotions as I could into it, but it still turned out bad!” Natalie said her most romantic experience in real life was the moment she received an engagement ring and a bouquet of roses from her first boyfriend. However, Natalie was still young at the time so she turned down his proposal. Natalie does not regret it and is still patiently waiting for another romantic man to appear in her life. “If I can meet a man who can cook for me, then I’m going to marry him immediately!” said Natalie. Tony said he does not find himself romantic. He added that he likes women with short hair because they appear refreshing and bright. “Most importantly, she must like to travel!” Tony on Pursuing Natalie Bantering aside, Tony has a highly favorable impression of Natalie. Asked if he would pursue Natalie, Tony said, “Let’s see if we have a chance to develop further. Maybe we can go out to dinner and understand each other more.” On his date with Natalie in the Stanley area, Tony explained that they met with a large group of friends for dinner.
