Nakata Hairstyle in NYC

Anybody in here from NYC know where I can go to get a haircut like Hidetoshi Nakatas? He is a japanese soccer player. Trying to look for a place in nyc where I can get a haircut like that for a reasonable price. Anyone know of any good and cheap japanese hair salon?

Almost any saloon in Chinatown will cut your hair that way if you show them a picture of the style.
