    On my MSN you know where it says how many e-mails you have? It says I have 7 so I go to my inbox and I have zero but the thing still says I have 7 and it keeps increasing... has this ever happened to anyone else?

    Not sure if it applies here:

    Did you set a filter or something on your inbox? It's possible some of your "new" mails are redirected to other folders... I know Gmail has that function, not sure about hotmail though.

    could it be the emails in your junk box?? try deleting all of those and maybe clear your msn cookies..

    MSN is buggy lately. Try installing the latest version available and maybe it would solve the issue.

    haha thats a gd idea.... not. if u release ur msn onto PA. im sure loads of ppl will be sending u emails and will be adding u. also u might receive influx of junk mail lol which i don't think he/she wants.

    lol......i have over 5500 emails in my hotmail account....i couldn't careless.....it only cost less than 1MB or sth like that out of 5GB.

    probably those are in ur junk box? or u opened them all already...
