Miriam, Charlie Young and Louis Koo followed UNICEF to visit Sichuan disaster affected areas. Miriam and Louis this old rumor couple appearing in airport caused a lot of tourists to take photos. Miriam's aim of this trip is to visit the children and to inspect the progress of the rescue work. She has done some research for this trip. As for materials, UNICEF has made the preparations. They also do not wish the rest to bring too many things there, buying at the place itself is more efficient. When asked if Miriam will adopt the Sichuan children, Miriam said as a UNICEF ambassador, she has all along showed her support, but she feels that the elderly also needed care. The government is planning to donate 1 billion dollars to Sichuan victims. Miriam thinks no matter what amount, most importantly is the thought and united spirit of Hong Kong people.
