Mr. Hong Kong, Matthew Ko had has his car for half a year, yesterday at the hospital's parking garage, Matthew's car window was broken. But there was no property that was stolen. To ensure safety, Matthew immediately called the police.

Yesterday Matthew arrived at the hospital to visit his mother who has caught a bacterial infection on the face. When he was leaving the hospital, he noticed that there were glass pieces on the ground next to his new car's window, the glass pieces filled the inside of the car, Matthew's stereo and property were not stolen.

But, not far from the parking space of Matthew's car, there was another family car that experienced the same incident - the window was broken. From the understanding of the security personel of that garage, a computer was stolen from that car. Matthew guessed that the thief thought that the bag in his car had a computer in it too, so that lured the thief to break into his car too.

But.. Isn't Matthew's license suspended or something?
