It's not the first time that Mat Yeung (楊明) has been involved with charges whilst driving in a vehicle. In 2005, he was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) and criminal damages, resulting in him being the first actor to retake TVB's acting classes and was sentenced to 150 hours of community service. This year, he unfortunately was involved in another car collision incident in August, again suspected of DUI and was later arrested for refusing to provide a blood sample for the alcohol breath test. Keeping a low profile, he resumed work three weeks ago however police have now formerly charged the TVB actor for refusal to provide a blood sample, reckless driving and for having tinted windows in his vehicle. Damages to the scene has also been estimated to be about $4000 HKD. Speaking about the incident on Daily Scoop -《東張西望》Mat did not clarify or admit if he was drunk, however stated after the collision he was very dizzy and needed assistance from the police officers on scene.
