You know, a lot of those accidents are caused when people fail to immediately slow down once their sight is impaired. They often think that they're only passing a temporary band of fog or haze, and that if they continued traveling at their regular speed, that it would soon clear up again. But, then... BANG you hit someone. Five seconds later... BANG again. As one gets hit in the rear by someone who thought exactly the same way.
