    35 years since the actual shooting is a pretty long time to reopen the case and find the shooter. Investigators will have a pretty hard time finding anything on a trail that is that cold. It goes from attempted homicide to homicide in a timespan of 35 years, now that is interesting. Usually its either attempted or homicide and that is it. Now this is one unique case.
