.......alot of depressive news of floating around these days, there might be problems in the house, that might not be know to the neighbours. Maybe He went bananas, and thought that this was the only right option to solve this. But killing wont solve the problem so that option should not be taken (only in some life risking situation). But I guess we need to hear his explanation first before we can determinate anything. This he is going to jail anyways.
so violent and they say that allowing guns to be legal is gd, if it was in a country where guns were banned then this prob wouldn't have happened.
^lol there are many ways to kill without even having a gun...and there are no ways to ban guns because shit can just be found in the black market. banning guns wouldn't solve shit imo....
^^ Yea.. but by banning guns it'd make it harder for someone to obtain a weapon;they'd have to go deal on the black market.. If it had been another weapon ie knife, they might have had more chance getting away/surviving ie the boy who was hiding in the closet could of run away etc.
^but you know banning guns ain't gonna solve anything, it's just gonna lead to more violence with people striking and going on random riots for the rights and shit. It can turn even uglier if you look at it with a perspective that is wider than just this one household. Also it might just be the same scenario with any weapon if the killer had this planned and shit. But yea the casualties have the possibility of being less if they use a less powerful weapon i guess.
no but by banning guns, the ppl would have had a greater chance of surviving as they could attack back rather than getting shot and dying. also, by banning guns, he would have had to use a different method which might have made him see sense and stop attacking after seeing all the blood come out. with a gun u don't feel as if u've actually done that much damage as it is a pull of a trigger but with beating it requires physical strength which at the end of day make u feel more regretful after and besides u might not have the physique to kill all the ppl with ur energy and greater chance of survival also for the victims.
^but then the main argument that would stop banning guns, is that it's unfair...Cause in a robber vs. citizen scenario, robbers would have the guns while the citizens would not. and their chances of survival falls. But anyways, you talked about one seeing blood and stopping the killing because of their consciousness...when you shoot someone, there is a lot of blood, did that stop him, nope. And also tons of drugs have been banned, that stopping anyone from becoming addicts, Nope. The truth is just like samurai swords and other forms of weapons, guns are part of society now. They can't be banned. But they can be controlled, which is happening right now, but guess it's not too effective.
well they will always be some strange ppl in this world. such as the austrian man with the cellar incident.
