The recently-crowned Miss Hong Kong Louisa Mak has denied rumours of romance yet again, after the tabloids released a photo of a man believed to be her alleged secret boyfriend. It was reported that Louisa has been dating an Oxford Law graduate named Joe Lam. A short description on Joe revealed that he transferred from his original major in Mathematics to Law while he was at Oxford, and minored in Philosophy. He also received a scholarship from the Hong Kong Bar Association and has been a licensed lawyer for two years. The tabloids also published a photo of the two of them together during his graduation ceremony. However, Louisa has recently denied romance with Joe, saying that the two of them are only friends. "My friends and I went to his graduation ceremony at the time. We met each other in England during a social gathering," she explained. And although Louisa praised Joe for his intelligence, she stressed that a relationship needs more than that. On the other hand, Louisa also denied that she was being ignored by her fellow pageant peers after Ada posted a photo of the girls getting ice cream together without her. it's really hard for privacy nowadays...at least for basics, for celebrities, if they want privacy, they gotta either shut down, or make their profiles private for facebook, instagram etc, but even then that wouldn't protect you
Doing all that just shuts off their online profiles... the paps will chase them around and take snaps anyways
