Thursday August 24, 2006 Hong Kong Leon Lai rented the luxurious apartment from Sex and the City for $80,000 to film a musical movie. His standards for Charles Ying, Janice, Jill, and newcomer Emily's acting is extremely strict. Yesterday Leon, Chapman To, Janice, Jill, Charles, and Emily were at Soho, New York to film a movie called 《緣邀之音》. The director and Leon has selected Samantha and her boyfriend's apartment from Sex and the City for their movie. The apartment was worth $80,000 for 10 hours. Leon disclosed that the filming has been smooth and will edit the scenes himself. Regarding Charles, Janice, and Jill's first time acting, Leon said harshly, "100 is full score so I give them 5 points! I think they still have a lot of space for improvement. (Who is the best?) Don't ask me that, the audience can decide when they watch it." Haha..... if it's 80k USD then I'll say that he wasted his money...... there's plenty of building around that area that is the same as the sex in the city set..... He could probably rented it for the a few years for that price....
