Currently starring in Lord of Shanghai <梟雄> , Kent Tong (湯鎮業) revealed that coming back to TVB to film he felt like a new starter again, he wasn't quite used to it and expressed that things have definitely changed since the old days. Kent Tong stated that it feels more corporate now and that back in the day, TVB was more like a big family, everybody knew one another and would spend time off set just chatting like old friends, and wouldn't even want to go home after long hours of filming. The relationship bond between the staff and actors was more close and friendly. Nowadays he feels that the younger new generation seem more distant, perhaps due to coming from different acting classes, or from different entertainment backgrounds, there seems to be a be lack of closeness, everyone just separates and minds their own business once the work is over. Kent also expressed that he was very happy to act and work with Anthony Wong (黃秋生) and Wayne Lai (黎耀祥), and that no problems occurred, as everyone was quite easy going and played their part professionally. Kent mentioned that he does hope to film with his 'tiger brothers' again as it has been many years since they have all collaborated, but it really depends on the timing and script to make it a success. Kent Tong revealed that Michael Miu (苗僑偉) has always been interested and joked whether they'd have to wait till everyone is 70 for such an opportunity to arise. I think among the 5, wouldn't Andy Lau and Tony Leung be the hardest to get? I can see Felix making a return to TVB like Liu Kai Chi
It has to be a really.......really good script before Tony Leung (梁朝偉) and Andy Lau (劉德華) to even consider it.
It will never happen, Andy and Tony will almost be impossible to get, it would have to be some kind of amazing script and budget, along with some connection/sweet talk. Felix has some issues but he's not that busy or famous if that type of opportunity pops up.
tvb has to bow down to felix if he want him back lol he left on bad terms I feel like Andy has highest possibility to come back of the three Felix and TVB on really bad terms right now
