Tuesday June 10, 2008 Hong Kong The annual summer youth environmental programme Solar Project <太陽計劃> kicked off the 2008 events today with a press event announcing that the theme song "Passing On The Heart's Flame" <心火相傳> will be sung by Kary Ng (吳雨霏), Kay Tse (謝安琪), Khalil Fong (方大同) and FAMA (農夫). It also happened to be Kary's 22nd birthday yesterday and she showed off the bear necklace that she had received as a gift from her family. She pointed out that the brand was one that was modelled by Maggie Cheung (張曼玉), so it was quite expensive, costing a five figure sum. She said that she wanted to keep her celebration low key this year in light of the Sichuan earthquake, but she did go for a meal with her family. She said that she also had a small gathering with her fans, but had asked them to make a donation to the relief fund instead of buying her presents, Kay revealed that she will be joining a group of elite students to go on environmental camps in Fujian and Kyoto that will last a few weeks. She smiled that her son is also an elite student because he is learning very fast. She said that when she is not in Hong Kong, then she will be phoning him all the time.
