Friday January 25, 2008 Hong Kong Joey Yung (容祖兒) began her Starlight Joey Yung In Concert 2008 run at the Hong Kong Coliseum this evening to a full house, despite clashing with the Jacky Cheung (張學友) concert. Fans, friends and family turned out to show their support and celebrity faces in the crowd included Deep Ng (吳浩康), Tavia Yeung (楊怡), Stephanie Cheng (鄭融) and Pakho Chau (周柏豪). Of course, EEG boss Albert Yeung (楊受成) and his wife were present to show their support. With so many great concert performances over the past few months from other singers and recently named as the top female singer in Hong Kong, Joey made sure that she pulled out all the stops for her show, appearing in a mixture of sexy and elegant costumes and performing some hot dance routines. The crowd were kept excited with some unusual accessories, such as a headdress made from black vinyl records to match a black crystal dress. Other highlights included a quick costume change into a sexy revealing outfit to sing the song "Doing Aerobics With Jane Fonda" <跟珍芳達做健身操> and also a puffy blue dress from which Joey stepped out of on the stage to reveal a tight minidress. I won a pair of tickets back during Christmas... But couldn't stay long enough to see it... Had to give it away T_T I guess I will just wait patiently for the CD/DVD
