Jackie Chan and Jet Li Provide Relief to Earthquake Victims Jackie Chan has joined forces with Jet Li and the One Foundation to provide relief to earthquake victims in the Yunnan Province of China. According to the provincial civil affairs department in China, the quake, which affected 186,000 people in 35,000 households, also forced the evacuation of 120,000 residents. Many residents have moved to public areas as their houses have either collapsed or damaged. Some communications, water and power supplies to the county were also affected. When Jackie found out about the disaster, he immediately began making phone calls to figure out what he could do to help. He talked to Jet Li on the film set in China where he's been filming ‘The Forbidden Kingdom’ and found out that Jet Li's One Foundation had immediately donated $100,000 RMB. it's good that they are helping out. but i can't help to wonder if there are any ulterior motives to it; like maybe more opportunities open to them for filming in China?
ahhh these 2 superstars are loaded with $$$$$ so why only donate $100000, should at least donate 5 times of that amount.
Jet li and jackie chan is a good volunteer for chinese ppl. They represented that chinese ppl got a kind heart.
