umm. i have both ipod n MP3 player but i prefer ipod.. i use ipod more often now i have hte nano ipod it so convience cuz u can use it as a USB too n u don't have to install software.. n it will convert automaticly to any file to match w itune.. so much convience.. wat about u guys??
im an ipod user too..had like 4 other mp3 players b4 ipod..wat a waste of money..once with ipod always with ipod.i remember my first mini..friggin like 4 bills
i have a mp3 player and at first i really liked it but after i used my friend's ipod i was really jealous T--T ipods are still really expensive though >__<;

I have an iPod, but I don't like it. they're overrated i prefer Sony Ericsson mp3 phones Leehom style aha...and it's cheaper & better
ipods are ok without itunes!! i think it is pretty overrated plus they just make the same crap over n over again.. but try to make it smaller or add a bit of function to it... it's really all in their marketing... I'm hoping to switch to a nice small n sleek mp3 player with radio... but I need to stop spending my money first... -lol
ipods are ok, but just hate the fact that some media and some ppl just go on and on about how great they are and how some ppl have an ipod jsut cos its cool for me, i cant think that i'd be able to listen to 30GB of music.. hving all that musc there taht i dont listen to means i could do without it, which means i dont need 30GB i've got a 2GB in my SE w800i and just carry that with me... plenty of storage.. and also it means i dont carry my cell phone and an mp3/ipod
I also have a few MP3 players, including the 30GB Video iPod. I use my iPod for most of the time, and then my older mP3 players when I'm at the gym or running or in an environment where I know my gadgets won't be safe...
lol Knock caught cha stalkin... yea ipod practically another mp3 player... but im assuming poster ment ipod vs other brand mp3.. the new shuffle clip looks gay in my opinion... totally ruined the design...
i'd have to agree with asian sensation.. that they are totally overrated haha i'd chose a mp3 player.. because most of them have battery lives that are longer than ipods, and the battery can be easily replaced
i had an ipod. it was okay in the beginning and then everyone started to have it.. so i got a w810i as my phone and mp3 player.
