I have heard that some people take 10 mins, others take 30 mins. Im really suprised that people can even nap for that long. So what do you think is the ideal length?
lol but how cna u sleep 10mins then wake up again lol? i always take a nap and then find out in like 3 .4 hours later ....
the body isn't able to rest unless you sleep for at least an hour..... that is what psychology has taught me..... so taking such short naps are rather useless...
but there have been some people who take power naps and said its proven to work. especially in hong kong
I heard about that too.. i do agree we do need to power nap... for me 4 hours for my body to strengthen.
I always thought around 40mins is about right, anymore and you feel too tired and wanting to sleep more, any less and you dont really do anything!
There is no "ideal length".... To me it depends on how muchy work i have to do.. I only really have naps / power naps when ive had to study through the night >_<" and most of the time its when ive got lots of assignments so cant nap for long about 10-15mins i think..cant nap for long coz of last min pressures...
my gameday routine includes a nap that's 30 mins. i feel really refreshed and energized afterwards so that's my ideal time.
im trying not to take any naps throughout the day but the last time i took one it was for about 2hrs n i felt sleepy for the rest of the day so its not really a "power nap" then i guess
i nap for 2 hrs min. then i wake up and feel really groggy and sumtimes with a headache that wont go away for a few hrs. so i prefer not to nap.
me and phil are pretty similar hahaha, 3-4 hrs nap time hahaha! i cnt do short naps, i call those resting my eyes hahahaha x
