ID singer of this song

I don't read or write chinese, but I learned to speak Mandarin as a kid from my parents and grandparents.

Anyway, I bought this CD with the song, "E Wan Ke Li U" [Ten Thousand Reasons] but I don't know who sings it. Can someone ID the singer for me?

hm..this song sounds familiar but there are so many songs out there and therefore it's hard to identify the songs especially since some songs (titles) are translated and can have different translations of the title.

 

Right, a lot of Chinese songs to search. Can't you provide the other information?

 

It'd be really helpful if you could upload it or something. It's kinda hard to ID from song title alone.

I searched "一万个理由 " and it gave me this artist --> 郑源
I've never heard of him before

try googling 郑源 and click on the images part i get like 10 versions of this same picture of him lol
besides that... i've never seen or heard of him =/
