well basically the key is to output more calories then you intake. so say that you normally intake about 2000 calories a day then you would have to output at least 2001. while this is just to provide an example ideally you would want to eat about (depending on the individual) 200 calories per meal/snack and about three meals and two snacks a day. Among foods to avoid eating in excess would include starches, lipids, and carbohydrates. try intaking foods rich in protein. also drink a lot of water every day. water serves as a catalyst in weight loss. Obviously you would still have to work out and i suggest joining a gym. basically if pure weight loss is your goal try working out on the ellyptical machine, treadmill, and stairmaster. for targeting specific areas to burn fat and/or build muscle i would suggest lifting weights. All of the above works. it did for me. i used to be 215 pounds and right now im only 164. just remember, in weight loss, there is no easy way.

I'm quite positive that 1LB = 3500 calories. So, if you cut out roughly 500 calories one day, then you will lose 1 pound in 1 week. There's so many combinations... you can say cut out that bag of chips (250 calories) and do a 30-minute run (200-something calories), which basically equals to minus500calories. And btw, it's not really healthy to just not eat. You can modify what you eat like eating fruits veggies instead of fried crap etc. But skipping meals will sometimes make things worse.
hmm.. i think celebrities just go under the knife. as for losing weight. the best and healthiest way is to workout and only eat the necessary food like veggies and fruits.

the same old same old..........eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables everyday!! alternative.......eat oatmeal for breakfast, dinner, or lunch everyday, hey it worked for my friend, so y not give it a try?
my frd used to be 260pounds. now he is 180 pounds.. wont tell his secret. but.. i know he ate a slice of apple in the morning everyday for about 6 months haha
